Raised Beds

Yesterday was a beautiful day here. We made it up into the 60's. The wind was a little chilly at times but all in all, a beautiful day. My goal was to build 4 more raised beds, fill all 6 beds and get them planted. I got them built and filled but ran out of steam before planting. Oh well. I had hoped to get the planting done this morning but I took a nasty fall (I'm such a clutz) and I'm feeling pretty sore and un-motivated right now . I took a few pics of the process yesterday to share with you.

Once I do that I can plant my seeds. I have strawberry plants & asparagus waiting in the fridge .  I'm hoping to be less sore tomorrow and get those in the ground.  I have 10 more raised beds to build, for a total of 16. But there isn't much else I can plant before June so I can take my time on those.

Well, we are off to our California Bible study.
