Community Sing

Happy St. Patricks Day! Are you wearing green?

Last night was our Community Sing. It was fun! We go to a small conservative church but last night it was rockin'! Singing, clapping, waving hands, you hardly would have recognized the place . My daughter played her 2 songs wonderfully. I didn't get any pics to share (bad mommy). She got compliment after compliment and her piano teacher shamelessy bragged on her.  Afterwards there were snacks and fellowship which is always good!

This Thursday we are having a Seder(Passover Meal) at church. We've done this before and it is always fun. We have learned so much doing this and so have our kids. Do any of you do this too?

This Friday is my eldests 19th birthday. Can I really be this old? He lives in California but he is coming to visit for his Spring break. I am excited, he hasn't been up for way too long. He was going to bring his beautiful girlfriend but she can't get the time off . Too bad, he's much nicer when he is with her . Hopefully he will be here for Easter and we can have a nice family day. But I am stumped as to what to get him for his birthday. He is hard to buy for these days, his tastes are pretty trendy and I have no idea what is "in". Any suggestions? It was so much easier when he was little and a dinosaur worked for all occasions
