On our last day in Yorkshire we didn't see as much.
We did a little shopping in the lovely village of Pateley Bridge & then we headed to see the
Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal Manor House.
That was just a beautiful park. The entire trail is over 2 miles long. It was full of people walking with their dogs. kids playing & laughing amongst the ruins.
Can you imagine?
Okay kids, let's go have a picnic at the ruins.

This creepy fellow is known as 'the green man" I have no idea why...
